Inspections typically last between 2-3 hours for houses, depending on the property size, age, and condition. Condos/ Apartments take around 1.5-2 hours.

Can I attend the inspection?

Yes, we encourage clients to attend! It provides a valuable opportunity to ask questions and understand the property firsthand.

Do you offer same-day inspections?

Availability may vary, but we will do our best to accommodate urgent requests. Contact us directly to inquire about same-day availability.

Will you provide a report?

Yes, we provide a comprehensive digital report from Horizon within the same day. It includes descriptions, photos, and recommendations for any issues found.

What parts of the home do you inspect?

We inspect the major systems of the home such as; Roof, Structure, Exterior, Electrical, Heating/Cooling, Insulation & Interiors & Plumbing. We do have add on services such as Radon Testing and Underground Sewer Scope. Let us know if you’d like to add these to your inspection.
